Studios, if you do not yet have a DanceComp Genie Account, please sign up here and Email danceworkscadf@gmail.com to notify you signed up. (approval can take up to 2 business days). This is for DANCE STUDIO OWNERS/DIRECTORS ONLY. All registrations MUST be through a Studio. We do NOT accept Independent entries.

We suggest you reserve your estimated spots ASAP to ensure your spot. Once you have reserved your estimated routines you have until December 1st to enter entry information to receive Early Bird Rates. No Deposit required.

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE

Entries and payment in full must be received by December 1, 2023 in order to be eligible for Early Bird Rates. Studio Owners and/or Competition Directors, please contact us at danceworkscadf@gmail.com to request current pricing and available discounts or sign into your DanceComp Genie Studio Account for entry fee pricing. If you are mailing your payment, it must be postmarked on or before December 1st, 2023 to be eligible for the Early Bird Rates.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration closes on January 12, 2024, or when an event reaches capacity (whichever comes first). We limit the number of entries per event to maintain a reasonable operating schedule. Studios are entered on a first-come, first-serve basis, please register early to avoid disappointment.

Registration/Entries are not considered final until full payment has been received by the Danceworks/CADF Competition office.

Late entries (space permitting) are subject to additional late charges per entry.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Danceworks/CADF Competition accepts payment by Certified Cheque, Money Order, or E-Transfer.

• E-Transfers should be sent to danceworkscadf@gmail.com. Please be mindful of your daily E-Transfer limit and payment deadlines. Payment in segments are accepted.

An NSF fee of $50 will be charged on all returned cheques.

VIDEO AJUDICATIONS:

Danceworks/CADF is proud to partner with DanceComp Genie.

Video Adjudicators & Scores will be posted to each studio’s Secure DanceCompGenie Studio Account at the end of each event.

Dancers & Parents will be able to download their media at no additional costs through the Dakki App. We love making dance memories with all of you and thrilled to provide these keepsakes to everyone!
